Once you’ve watched your daily video, there is usually some kind of practical task you are set — a bit like a daily challenge to help you complete the learning.

Just 20mins a day

Too busy? Just set aside 20 mins a day. In a few weeks, you will feel and see remarkable growth. All quest programs have short daily video content — typically between 5-20 minutes.

This “micro learning” is specifically designed to help you better absorb and retain information. Also for that reason, you can’t usually skip very far ahead in the course, and you’re encouraged to keep pace with the rest of your class.
